Wipe Out

today, i biked to and from work. unfortunately, when i left work this evening, it was raining lightly. as i biked around a corner onto a major thoroughfare, my bike tire slid into a cable car track, and i wiped out! i was so annoyed- and in a lot of pain! at this moment, my wrist hurts and i have a huge knot on my knee... thank god for advil!
